I love how Boruto uses short arcs like this to set up future arcs. The whole subplot with Sumire deciding to join the Scientific Ninja Tools team, the larger theme about genes and destiny. It makes for an enjoyable rewatch seeing how well everything fits together.

I think he'll love the next arc.

I always enjoyed the conclusion to this arc; a lot of loose ends are tied up and a lot of things are set in motion for the future. And on top of that it was a good arc that highlighted the theme of Boruto in it's on way. =D Looking forward to episode 104 and 105 now!

Pretty enjoyable arc! Seeing Jugo desperately try to flee back to his cave (presumably) to prevent himself from indiscriminately attacking everything was pretty tragic. He's so ridiculously kind; I'd be interested in learning a lot more about his backstory, but it probably won't go those depths. The Tosaka vs Jugo sequence was absolutely comical. Didn't expect Tosaka to get butchered so easily nor did I expect him to get tossed while buck naked. I'm not sure how I feel about Konohamaru's role up to this point. He definitely has his moments and he's proven himself as a pretty accomplished shinobi, but it seems like he's mostly just a part of the clean-up crew once all the conflicts are done in the arcs up to this point. He just feels like a plot device that gets tossed in order to give highlight to Boruto; I wish they went about it a better way. As it is, he just has his isolated cool moment(s), and then the writing makes up some excuse to remove him from the story until Boruto saves the day.
