Mitsuki disarming the detonating clay is the same as it was for Sasuke vs. Deidara, but I don't think it's been mentioned in Boruto until now.

We learned that lightning can nullify the clay detonations a long time ago in Shippuden; when Sauske fought Deidara. It hasn't come up since, if I remember correctly, so it's something that can easily be overlooked, heh. Also... this episode... There's an aspect to it that gets me every single time I watch it. And it's not even Sekies fate, though that is very sad and emotional too. It's the way Mitsuki talked about his time back in the Village. "Boruto and everyone in the village treat me very well. But... Sometimes, I felt as though my words didn't reach them. So, I thought, if that's what loneliness is, then you were right." That hit home so hard the first time I heard that line. If you are an introverted person like myself - or Mitsuki in this case - that's a very real thing that happens; that those who haven't experienced it often can't easily understand. How you can be surrounded by friends you love and care about and still feel incredibly alone when they don't understand your feelings or something you say and it gets brushed aside. And looking back, Mitsuki was in those situations a fair amount. Sometimes it was something he said, sometimes it was something he did and sometimes it were questions he asked, but there were plenty instances where the others reacted with confusion, annoyance or by calling him weird. Not to insult or cause harm, just in a "Yup, that's Mitsuki for you, don't worry if you can't understand him. We often don't either" kind of way which is exactly what leads to the kind of loneliness Mitsuki describes here. Being there, but not being a part of it. Or, in his case, being the Moonlight reflected from the Sun instead of being is own light. I saw someone once say that Naruto and Shippuden focused more on Ninja problems, whereas Boruto excels better in real life problems. And Mitsukis doubts and loneliness are certainly a strong argument for that. You don't need to be a synthetic human like him to feel like you don't fully belong and carry loneliness despite having people you care about and who care about you in turn, after all.

Deaths don’t get to me at all, other characters reactions to deaths get to me. Mitsuki’s reaction was heartbreaking.

The tiny rasengan as you called it was the vanishing rasengan form the chunin exam arc

kiddo

The saddest thing is that their fists never reached each other. An unfulfilled gesture of friendship. Also, It's been so long since I watched this arc... I just realized. The doctor got his heart taken from him, right? does it mean that he is dead? P.S, "No!!!! doc Brown!!!.... nah that's ok, I didn't liked him anyway..." LMAO!

It's like Sasuke vs Deidara fight, Sasuke also could nulify his bombs with Lightning Style

I'm hoping after this arc there's no more of the "Boruto is my sun," or "I'll have what Boruto is having/I'll do what Boruto is doing/I'll go where Boruto is going" stuff. I'd like to see more of Mitsuki having his own opinions, reasons, or desires. His own will, if you would.
