Yeah well, at first I was gonna say if you would like eps revolving around Cho Cho, but I guess not. I don't watch those either, so there are a few of those you should definitely skip or rather just skim ^

At the end of the day, all eps in Boruto has some form of relevance and references later on although there are a couple of recap eps you should skip!

The entros for Boruto are pretty abstract and don't have to do with anything really... except for the newest one, but it'll be awhile before you get to it.

Not necessarily😬 but yeah it goes super fast without context like OP 1, OP 2 and OP 5 which showed the events from wtvr arcs the show was in super fast, it wouldn't be spoilery really unless it's OP 3 or OP 6 or OP 7, those can spoil! OP4 on the other hand, well sadly the villain in that opening was used in Black Clover🥲

I think you should watch the fillers and if you want just skip the ones with cho cho since she's your least fav. character lol

There's another episode much farther down the line that's similar to this in terms of the story being about learning lessons and growth - Ep. 115 "Team 25". It's a little gem of an episode that involves Kakashi and I think it's briliant! It seemed like a huge detour at first, but it definitely pays off and gets referenced afterwards. If I picked my top 3 Ep. 115 comes in at #2 with the Legendary Ep. 65 at #1.
