You say, "Well its inevitable he's the Hokages son." just keep in mind that's how people treat Boruto, as the son of the Hokage. Every time he accomplishes something, everyone says, "Well he is the son of Naruto." its to the point that Borutos accomplishment become Narutos accomplishment, and Boruto resents that.

There's a fun wordplay here, notice how Boruto says "yeah I hate the Hokage" but never agrees to hating Naruto. Cause he loves Naruto, but 'Hokage' is the one who took 'Naruto' away lol
