1 - I think Obito was able to give Kakashi the Sharingan because chakra connects the world and the afterlife, similar to Rinne rebirth gives chakra back to people so they can live. Also, the Sharingan eyes are just physical representations of chakra that the uchiha clan has, so whoever has them possesses the uchiha power, that is how kakashi can use susanoo.

Jack, you wondered why a lot of people didn’t like the war arc, well kaguya is your answer lol. So much random stuff happening with little explanation or with plot holes. The chakra stuff has been used before with Minato and Kushina.

Well those people probably didn’t watch fillers, a lot of stuffs are explained in filler episodes that even manga readers didn’t know about. ( But they didn’t seem like fillers though ) and Jack watched all that fillers ( Kaguya and Hagoromo fillers )so it kinda make more sense for him.

Chakra is Spiritual and Physical energy so Obitos spirit was able to come back because of his residual chakra that was still there when he died. Kinda messy how Kishimoto did it, but it works, chakras been spiritual this entire series. The Susano'o only requires a pair of MS, which remember for nearly the entire show Obito's MS were split up. And Kaguya was forced into an unstable transformation because the tailed beast rasenshurikens hit her and reasonated with the tailed beast chakra within her.

I guess this was already talked about a lot. These were very special circumstances: -Obito died as the ten tails jinchuriki = special after live magic -His mangekiyo connects different dimensions -Kakashi and Obito were linked through their eyes for more than 19 years now -chakra was intended to be used to connect one another spiritually. Ppl who are really close were already able to interact spiritually. Kakashi and Obito really were close. The writing for this seems like an a**pull, but it actually makes more sense than a##pulls usually do, when you think about it.
