Patreon price update: change for the discount and the accumulative subscription (Patreon)

Hello there,

In order to respond to my current financial situation - where I barely break even, or even loss money most of the time while the world is becoming pricier - and after discussing it on our discord server with regular patreon customers, I've decided, with their approval, to suggest few changes: 

- Removing the accumulation plan but keep what has been already accumulated for one commission (I can't afford to continue it since I'm already drowning under work as it is. It was a TERRIBLE IDEA and wasn't fitting at all for this patreon. Knowing that I use only 0 to 25% of the patreon money for myself. The patreon is mainly made to pay artists, not myself. This mistake is totally on me).
You can see the list of the people who have accumulated thanks to that plan bellow.

- dividing discounts per twice (for example, Patreon 10$ would have 5% instead of 10%)

- Also increasing my commissions of 10€ to 30€ depending of the complexity.

I know those changes would change nothing for the majority of the subscribers here, who only follow the progress of comics, but I wanted to be fully transparent with you. Without those changes, it may put me in solid danger in the long run.

Please be aware that if you plan to use that benefit for a commission, that depending of the amount, it may be put on a separate waiting list (for the reasons I have listed previously).
