OMG YES!!! I am SO excited that you're continuing your Young Royals journey! I absolutely love this show and from episode 4 on it gets SO GOOD. And then season 2 is just wildly intense and amazing - can't wait! I love getting to experience people's first time seeing this show because there's just so many different ways to feel about what goes on and the characters, their choices - I love seeing that. The characters are written so complex and it makes for such an interesting watch. So far I love that you have no sympathy for August - I felt similarly in that moment, like "oh they're trying to make me feel bad for him but I really don't" 🥴 And I also didn't have much of an issue with how Simon confronted him - I do like that he sticks up for himself. I was more surprised at his friends' reaction than anything. Not that they should've joined in but just not made him feel like a terrible person afterwards. You brought up Heartstopper and these shows do get compared a lot which I get - and I love them both - but they are really SO different. Heartstopper for me was like a delightful hug in this idyllic fantasy world that I never wanted to end. (Lovely!) Young Royals is by contrast VERY real and complex, much darker, sensual and sexy.....it's probably clear which is my favorite 😝 So looking forward to watching the rest of this series again with you! Good timing too because Season 3 - the last one, sadly - should be coming out in a few months 🤞

I forgot to mention about the subtitles - because I noticed written messages weren't translated and also when Simon and his mom sometimes speak Spanish it seemed to be translating into Swedish rather than English. I'd recommend checking that you have the audio set to Swedish [Original] and subtitles to English (CC). They definitely speak in Spanish and send a lot of text messages so you'll want those things translated for sure! Hope that helps 😊
