Loved the reaction! As you discovered at the end, it is indeed the same actor for ‘One’ and Vecna. He’s really good at being completely unrecognisable as the latter.. with a big thanks to the heavy makeup, of course..

-Henry/Vecna/001 was also my favorite thing this season, first he stood out for me because I thought he was really hot, then I liked him for helping El and I don't know why he became my favorite character, then when he killed everyone I was disappointed a little bit, but then I couldn't hate him because his villain arc looked so interesting and the actor is really good at his role 😁 -The actor who plays him also plays one of the Volturies in those awful Twilight films, and Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter and in Fantastic Beasts, but I never noticed him before Stranger Things lol 😆 -They edited Vecna's voice only a liiiittle bit, for the most part the actor's really talking in this really deep voice! His voice is crazyyy!
