It's the first time I see the censored version of this episode and I think I prefer the real version because the suicide scene was sooo realistic that I felt that scene so much more, it was horrifying !

Yeah interesting you said that you’re glad the suicide scene wasnt so graphic because when it was first on Netflix it showed her cutting and hyperventilating. It was brutally realistic and horrible, but powerful at the same time.

Viyctoriya

Yeah, then they took the scene off because some parents said that their kids took exemple of this scene to kill themself, so Netflix censored the episode.

Therese Larsen

Yeah the original clip was brutal. It made a bigger impact and made me as a viewer feel much more. The censored version didn’t hit as hard. But I understand why they chose to censor it, suicide is such a delicate subject and you need to be smart if you’re gonna show it on a show made for teenagers and is meant to be helpful somehow.

The suicide scene was difficult to watch, but the scene feels a lot weaker without it. They even took out Clay describing it. Even the parents' reaction was censored because you can't even see inside of the bathtub.

Jasmine Bellucci

I watched the uncensored version the first time, and I wanted to vomit. It was brutal.

Like most of the fandom, Justin is my favorite character.
