I don’t fully get the whole Klaus, Elijah and Hayley thing either. I mean clearly Klaus doesn’t want anything romantic with Hayley so that’s not an obstacle. Has Klaus ever even said Elijah and Hayley can’t be together? Idk sometimes I feel like Elijah just makes up these problems in his head lmao😂 Monique is so delusional. I feel like the ancestors chose her to speak through because of how far she was willing to go. She literally killed her aunt she was perfect for this.

I wish they showed what she was like before the Harvest. I can’t imagine Davina being friends with her if she was like this. I imagined her being more innocent and then was changed by dying and the Harvest.

Elijah said "I have denied every single impulse that I have ever had toward that woman out of some misbegotten respect for intentions that you don't even have". So, Elijah worried that Klaus might have feelings for Haley or want to pursue something with her (which is a reasonable assumption considering she is the mother of his child). However, Elijah now realizes that Klaus doesn't even have romantic intentions toward Haley. Although, we can see that Klaus is jealous (that is why he was bringing up Elijah's strong reaction toward protecting Haley). I just don't think that it is a romantic jealousy

i don't really understand the whole klaus, and Haylijah thing i think for us its a tvshow so we don't really care but i guess the whole brother dating the other brothers baby mama is weird and klaus mentioned during his ep 8 outburst that the reason he was so insecure about Haylijah was because he feared the child will grow up calling Elijah 'father'. And Elijah will do anything to please Klaus but then Its weird sometimes Klaus seems to support them by giving Hayley advice and other times like this ep he's like 'so its all for her' thats all i can think of really maybe babysitting Kluas is a fulltime job
