PMT is British for PMS (Premenstrual Tension). I think Dad is so uncomfortable around Fleabag and keeps here at arm's length because she reminds him of their mother. I just love so much that Phoebe Waller-Bridge wrote the Godmother character specifically for Olivia Colman. And I also love Bill Paterson who plays Dad. The performances in this are marvelous all around. This whole show is 'actor porn.' Can't wait for your reactions to the finale and Season 2 because both are amazing.

I can’t help but feel so bad for the Dad. He’s so vulnerable and ‘weak’. The Godmother clearly takes advantage and plays the domineering role. The fact he can’t even speak normally around her to his own children or even defend them is really sad.

I do understand your need to compare her to men, but she's not a man; she's just a type of female we don't get enough representation of. Most women have parts of her in us, most just don't say the things out loud, not around men anyway... awesome episode, really hope we get flashbacks of the mom eventually; I'd even settle for an episode focused solely on the dad
