Toby Harmon

welcome back! so excited for doctor who

The next few episodes are really good!! Can't wait for you to see Silas!! And the mythology in season 4 is surreal...Silas,cure,hunters and expression...all these things fit perfectly well with the plot

Tyler didn’t go hand to hand with Klaus, he left Caroline to deal with him and it worked

Rebekah wasn't wrong. They would have killed her if it meant saving Elena. So why shouldn't Rebekah have done the same? She ran Elena off the bridge, the person who daggered her and killed her older brother. And Finn wasn't evil nor was he really a threat to them. Elena and Rebekah have both wronged each other but the characters only see things from their point of view

As I’ve said before, I feel Elena was right to dagger Rebekah because she was helping to keep Stefan as a slave for Klaus. Her loyalties at the time were with her brother Klaus so she couldn’t be trusted. That’s how Elena felt and I agree with her. Rebekah has time and time again chosen to go along with Klaus or look the other way which is just as bad so she had it coming. You can’t stand by and watch your brother terrorize people and expect that those same people will trust you. Finn was not evil but said he was willing to die so he got his wish. Kol was evil and got what he deserved.

Glad to have another reaction :) Looking forward to the next few episodes! Okay, I gotta strongly disagree with you about Rebekah and the Originals. They are, indeed, not worse than the Mystic Falls Gang. They aren't good (at all!), but they're basically just like our main characters. They're selfish, they're impulsive and they kill innocents for their goals, but that's also what Damon, Stefan and Elena do. Finn wasn't evil, he was the most moral vampire of the show (alongside Lexi, maybe), and yet they killed him because they thought it would kill Klaus. Sure, they killed Kol and Kol was a maniac, but that's not why they killed him. They killed him to wipe out all the vampires he sired, so they could get the cure. How is Rebekah killing Elena to stop Alaric any worse than what they did?

otherboy

Because the Originals started all of it. The protagonists only attacked or “betrayed” the Originals because the Originals were terrorizing them to begin with

Lovely reaction. I think this is one of my favourites from you. Yes Damon has come a long way. Loved their conversation. I feel Damon wants to be human but since he doesn’t see any good in himself thinks no1 can love him he keeps letting the bad side of him take over. Really interesting. Feel bad for Tyler he’s acting out of rage don’t blame him he killed his mother after all. I think it was Caroline’s fault she got too close to Klaus I mean come on that was stupid but glad that scene happened between them it was so worth it. I kinda feel bad for Shane as well he’s being manipulated by Silas and he wants to see his dead family again I know it’s terrible he caused the 2 slaughters but it’s kinds twisted and sad. This show does that to us. Loved Rebekah this episode it really amazes me how she wants to be a human again after all this while. Love that Stefan wants to take the cure for himself I feel him not being with Elena is enhancing his character even more. Next few episodes are soo good. You should react to episodes 14 and 15 together if u can. They go well together. Take care. Hope you’re trip was good :)

Yeah episode 14 and 15 almost feel like a part one and two continuance

Ok guys from now on I’m just gonna try my best to say “We’ll have to agree to disagree”. It’s too stressful to try to explain why I feel the way I do. ✌🏽

So, on my end it seems like all my comments were deleted somehow🤷🏾‍♀️ but to your last response about how you have said several times that you acknowledge that if the Salvatore's hadn't come back to mystic falls none of this would be happening.... I'll just copy and paste my reply. "Yeah, for sure. I was just making that point in the context of this conversation, that it can be said for both the Salvatore's and the Michaelsons, even though the only difference is that the Salvatore's are our protagonists. But yeah as far as in general, I 100% agree that if the Salvatore's never would have come back, there is a good chance none of the vampire stuff would have been an issue. But then, like you said, Elena would be dead. So I'm not sure where that leaves us. But just like you've said it's your opinion and I get that. I'm just saying in my opinion, regardless of her bitchiness, or immaturity, in this episode, Rebekah was correct in her view of the situation."

Great reaction! I agree with you that Klaus often complains about the problems he causes in the first place. I just think that makes him so much more interesting bc he’s so flawed and damaged, yet very relatable. I enjoyed your reactions to the Klaus and Caroline scenes; they were so interesting to watch! Rebekah is extremely entertaining and while I don’t entirely agree with your perspective on her, we can both admit she’s fun to watch :) I LOVE when Elena is screaming Jeremy and Rebekah goes “Why don’t you yell louder?” LOL. The Damon and Elena scenes were also really cool. Throughout this season we’ve seen so many people fuel Damon’s insecurities about his relationship with Elena, and now he’s let it all out. It’s gonna be interesting to see what happens next! I hope your next reaction comes soon wink wink.
