Hi! Nice Reaction to a not so interesting episode. IMO I think the Preview sequence misled you to thinking this was a shapeshifter episode. One of many reasons to skip it. I'm glad you recognized the actress. So many people don't. It's a shame. The show really wanted her to come do an episode and she finally agreed. I didn't care much for the so called relationship between the two cops. Didn't come across very well to me. But the male cop being a douche did. Sam was able to catch up with them because the cop didn't get very far out of the city before he pulled over, didn't take long to catch up. Nice how Pete just confessed everything. But how is she going to explain shooting him in the back? Other than Sam and Dean, this episode was just meh. You haven't heard about Sam/Jared's hand yet? It happened way back in the Bloodlust episode. He didn't have the cast in the next episode - Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things. They didn't realize it was broken until that one started filming, so they just used that case to explain the broken hand, Sam said it was broken at the end of the episode in the cemetary. He's worn it since the episode after that. No Exit, I think. Sam is 23 and Jared was 24 at the time, I think. Or almost 24. Both he and Jensen are the same age as their characters. Or within a few months of it. Dean is 4 years older than Sam, and Jensen is 4 years older than Jared. Kismet. A Hunter's life must have aged them then.
