I always laugh at Klaus/Ric dancing, it is so unlike either of them. Klaus is only human strength, but he was being protected by a witch. All he wanted to do was take out Bonnie. They are all drinking vervain, so he couldn't compel them. Damon said "If it comes down to you and the witch again, I will gladly let Bonnie die. I will always choose you." Damon cares about Bonnie, so he would save her, but if he had to choose between them, he would save Elena. If you had to choose between saving the person you love or their best friend, you'd save the person you love. Damon has a small list of people he cares about, it's not just Stefan and Elena. That will become clearer. The problem with Elijah's plan is he also needs a witch to kill Klaus, Dr Martin is dead and Bonnie is the one pumped full of witch magic. Not only that, but Elijah wants to do the sacrifice which requires a vampire and a werewolf. Elena won't be the only one sacrificed. Who knows who could get dragged into it. The next episode is awesome, it is where this season really starts to shine, even though I really love this episode. Great reaction, I can't wait for the next few. To the comment above about Klaus being a dramatic bitch... Absolutely correct 😂. Klaus is one of my all-time favorite characters of any TV show ever, but yes I will say he is one for the dramatic flair. You can even tell that by the way that he treats Katherine. He could have easily just killed her, but no, that would be too quick and painless for her. Nicklaus Michaelson is both quick on the draw, and slow and methodical at the same time. It's impressive 😁 can't wait for next episode. Stay safe and healthy 🙏🏾

I like this Episode, but two of the dumbest lines Damon has ever said [ugh, Writers] is in this. It's so annoying, "At the end of the Day, I'll be the one to keep Her alive." - as if Stefan doesn't do this...........okay. Just because you make tough decisions, does not mean Stefan makes easy ones. The last few Scenes between Damon & Elena are so irritating. Telling Damon She shouldn't have hit Him, bullshit, even if He didn't deserve the first one, He definitely deserved one after what He said: "Let me be clear about something - if it comes down to you and the Witch again, I will gladly let Bonnie die. I will always choose you." - are you kidding me... This probably has to be one of THE MOST popular lines Damon has ever said amongst the Viewers that swoon over Him. I just don't get it, I totally agree with you, that's not romantic, it's disturbing and selfish. It's like starting a relationship with someone and telling them, I don't give a fuck about your Friends, if you were in a burning building with them, I'm going in for you [nevermind the fact that you should always call the Fire Department] your Friends don't matter as long as you're safe. No, if you risk your Life, you might as well risk it for everyone, not just the one you like. It's ridiculous how much they let Damon get away with.
