I love that you're able to empathize with all these characters (as well as call them all out for their mistakes as there are many!) Bay can be a frustrating character for sure but I'm glad you can show some sympathy for her. She's not a terrible person or anything she's just got her stuff. And trust and believe Daphne is not perfect! But she does come across that way which they're already starting to address. As mia said Daphne's hearing aids just help her to hear ambient sounds. She does not have a cochlear implant - CIs are controversial in the Deaf community and this will come up at some point in the show. I'll have more to say about it then!
