Intro (Patreon)

Hello, everyone! Welcome to my patreon. 

To begin with, I started shooting stills around 2017 with no intention or even a slightest of clue that I would end up doing this full time and my life would completely change. I started shooting streets and people when my best friend bought a camera. We just roamed around our city, Calcutta capturing anything and everything. From rickshaws to butterflies. I decided that till my 12th boards I would save up enough money to buy a dslr and start shooting women. So, started shooting my female friends and acquaintances from late 2018 which then turned into collaborations with influencers and then working with them for brands. I didn't have to buy a dslr as my mother who has been my rock throughout my life got me one as a gift. Did a lot of concert coverages for a lot of influential Bengali bands to earn money. And, got a camera of my own, a second hand 6D (which broke down last year). 

Middle of 2019, I came with contact with erotica and art nude. By that time I have had already developed a taste for monochromes.

I suddenly grew passionate about shooting nudes and bodyscapes. Started shooting my friends and made a basic portfolio and then started shooting models and everyone who also shared my view of this genre. Made a lot of good friends. 

By this time, I've already been shooting for a lot of regional brands and celebrities in Calcutta. But, I could feel that I'm not growing at all. Getting stuck in a mediocrity on my own. That's when I decided that, I would save up enough money to move to Bombay and stay there for an year and see what happens. This was supposed to happen this year, 2023. But, life had other plans. I got the chance to come to Bombay to work on a web-series last year. And, I didn't go back. It's has almost been a year and I'm loving it. 

I think Bombay has accepted me. At least I hope so.
