Here's a little bonus for you all - one of our artists spent some time working some good old (although Emily might not agree!) wolf-out concepts that'll we'll share over the next month.

Let us know what you all think!

"Emily screamed as another wave of agonizing spasms wracked her body. She writhed on the living room floor, thrashing against the worn rug. "No, not here..." she whimpered through gritted teeth. Emily had barricaded herself inside, hoping to ride out the ruthless transformation in private. But she could already feel bones shifting deep under her skin as the curse awoke.

Her elbows popped grotesquely, realigning into distorted joints. Coarse dark fur began pushing through the skin of her forearms in prickling waves. "Please make it stop!" she begged the empty room. But her pleas shifted into yelps as cruel claws erupted from her nail beds.

Emily wailed as her jaw unhinged, teeth splintering. Jagged fangs crowded her mouth, slicing ragged furrows into her lips and tongue. She choked as blood filled her throat. Her spine ruptured, crack by crack, forcing her torso into an unnatural, animalistic profile.

Agony blazed down her nerves as the lycanthropic virus consumed her cell by cell. The disgusting aroma of sweat and gore surrounded her. But underneath lurked something more feral—the rich scent of the forest seeping in from every pore of her changing body.

Her screams shifted into ferocious roars as the wolf within savored its violent emergence. Trapped indoors, the panicked beast threw itself against walls, shattering photos and furniture that reminded it of the human it had shed. When the last traces of Emily evaporated, the towering werewolf crashed through a window, racing into the night toward the welcoming arms of the wild wood now inhabiting its soul."
