Thank you all so much for your continued support of “Tales from Davidstown”!

Now that we’re heading (rather rapidly) into the last quarter of the year, I wanted to update everyone on the plans we have for the series for the rest of this year and then going into next!

So, first off, the audioplay.

Now that the first six episodes are completed, and we’ve had a chance to properly go over everyone’s feedback, we’re DEEP into working on the next 6 episodes, all of which will be more or less the 20 minute mark. Effectively we’re going to call the total first 12 episodes “season 1”.

What will the rest of season 1 bring?

Excellent question! :) Emily’s dilemma continues, with the Davidstown cast expanding with new characters, new mysteries and a deepening lore, finishing off with a great cliffhanger, as all the best shows naturally have. Expect more monsters, more creatures lurking in the shadows and… MORE STORY POLLS! Yay!

What will season 2 bring? Okay okay… we’re excited about that too. I can’t say TOO much but season 2, which will be released 2024 (actual date TBC) will be produced in full and then regularly aired in biweekly episodes.

Building this series up from the ground up certainly has its challenges, but as we grow, so does our capacity to create new things for you, the fans!

Speaking of which: The Comic!

New pages will be rolled out for you all every Friday! As these expand going forward, we’re even looking at having these printed and bound into something you can sit on your bookshelf, with some even being signed by the cast of the show. But, more on that later. Emily’s story (based on Episode 3 of the audioplay) continues - oh and now the tension is ramping up, especially when the moon is full.

Anyway, let me wrap up here by saying a huge THANK YOU to you all for your support - the series wouldn’t exist without you all. We’re all really excited for the plans we have with everything going forward and into the new year and we can’t wait to have you along for the ride!

See you all soon and... beware the moon!
