Vecna is the main villain in the fourth season of Stranger Things
A terrifying sentient being befitting of the Upside Down, Vecna has humble origins as the human Henry Creel. After moving to a new home in Hawkins in March 1959, young Henry discovered he had extraordinary mental abilities and was able to change the perception of others. Driven by a nihilistic and selfish philosophy, Henry used his powers to psychologically torture his family, eventually killing his Mother and Sister, then blaming his Father. for these crimes, driving him insane.
