Steve hasn't seen Billy since Starcourt, the other young man skipping town as soon as he recovered. Steve and Robin had saved enough to split an apartment in the city, and as much as Steve hated leaving the kids, he just felt too stifled in their small town. (He had to keep too many secrets, and not just about the Upside Down.) Imagine his surprise when he's ogling the leather guys at their 2nd Pride March, and suddenly locks eyes with a familiar face...
