"See you at the beginning", Neil had said, and the Protagonist thought he knew what that meant. He found Neil again, and though the man was a stranger at first, he warmed to him, and the Protagonist knew it was his own affection that warmed the other man, knowing what Neil had done for him, what Neil WOULD do, a cyclical feedback between them culminating in... In.... Oh he thought he had so much time, in between, but then the day came for THAT mission, and good god, he hadn't even kissed him yet, and it COULDN'T be their ending, he wouldn't accept that, and so he plotted and he schemed, because what's the harm in TRYING. If it goes wrong, it already went wrong.

But if it goes RIGHT, then... Then, maybe they'll have THEIR beginning...

I asked for Tenet prompts then realized I wanted to draw something really specific instead ;o; Definitely still open for Protagoneil prompts in the future~
