I used the same basic page layout it's called "let's introduce a manga character"

I liked John's armband in earlier sketches, but the more I look at it the more it gives me weird vibes. Maybe I should change it to a badge...

Hey also, everyone, if this update pace starts to drive you nuts, let me know! I could try an alternative like posting two pages of each on alternating weeks, so at least you get a bigger chunk of each one at a time. I know one-page-a-week updates can get frustrating.

I admit to being a bit confused about the cross pin. My instinct is that it's just a ballsy thing Sherlock can do to point out that it has no power over him, but I know you have an interesting world built up here, so it might be something very different.

I think I'm already in love with this!! Love Sherlock's tie and pin! And I like John's armband, it's more visible than a badge he'd wear on his belt or he'd have to pull out every time! Maybe you can change the design a bit to see if the weird vibes stop?

I think I can see why the armband gives you a weird vibe. Maybe if you put something like lace or a ruffle on? Then it would look more like a Victorian mourning band. I think that might fit more with the general look you what?

Sherlock looks amazing in black, so intimidating and charming at the same time. Besides I love the ghotic style of this comic. As regards John's armband maybe try to change the color or the position?
