Honestly this resonates so much power, how two pov's can differ so drastically.. Jonah has found a sense of peace, a reasoning, in order to do what he does and not go batshit insane. Esh desperate to keep their humanity, their existence. Seriously, I don't think I can ever convey how much I love this comic of yours. How these two have transcended into some of my favorite characters.

I feel for him so hard here. He’s stuck between a rock and a hard place and there’s so much complexity in his emotions for this case. He’s such a dad through and through. Thank goodness Jonah is with him, even if it’s difficult for him to help sometimes just being there is enough.

Esh, he lost someone he loved and saw them as "not a real person". Of course he understands they were people. Bouncing off ideas never hurts to try either, just sayin'. Esh needs a good nap, he's a bit cranky.

These two are perfect for each other. They may both deal with the dead, but they have entirely different perspectives. They compliment each other’s skill set. Also, they have hot sex.
