Just a little reminder! (Patreon)

Hi all! 

Just wanted to remind/tell folks: if you're having any trouble/concerns with finding content, using the site, etc, please always feel free to ask me questions via my private messages here, or on twitter if you prefer! You should find a link to message me under my name on my home page.

It's a bummer to get exit feedback on something I might have been able to help with if the patron had contacted me first. If the issue is affecting whether you continue to pledge, obviously I'd love to help you solve it if I can; if it isn't resolved satisfactorily, or even if it is, and you decide to delete anyway, I have absolutely no problem with that. Just give me a chance to make it so you don't leave angry!

Things I can help with easily:

• finding particular content (Patreon's archive is balls)
• "doublecharging" IE you pledge on the last day of the month and get charged again on the 1st; I can refund the first payment for you
• answering any questions about how I run my page, when/where to submit prompts, when things normally update, etc

I might redirect you to Patreon Help if the issue is too technical, but there are lots of other things I can help with!
