Apparently those are actually breasts and nipples, Dark Crystal went hard O-O I made up the genitalia based on the idea that they probably have at least 3 pissing orifices (Canon!!) and the idea that they're not singularly male or female (supposedly canon, I can't find the source and the statement varies between "they have no physical sex, only gender identities" and "they're a combination of both").
