Size difference ;w;

Goliath is meant to be bigger than a human here even tho he's still a smol~ David is a colossal boy~ I didn't go by scale for a lot of the paintings or other art that appears, but for David it feels like part of his identity, so it's a fixed point for him; Goliath would be the size of a building if he were to scale, but it's not as important to him, so he manifests at the more common size for painted figures to appear when their scale is not that important to them~ Poor Mona probably has a complex with people showing up and surprised about why her painting is so small and she's like "It doesn't matter!! I'm just as good as the other paintings!!"

Tfw you are drawing a David comic and you realize you will never get to stand on a scaffold and touch the Statue of David's big big face with a cotton gloved hand ;;;;;w;;;;;;

It's fine if he's not to scale. The real statue isn't perfect either.

Cuuuuuuute! What a sweet couple these two make! Awww, but poor Mona. D: Ahaha, I can only imagine what the frustrations of some of the other artworks must be. Especially for art with naked figures in them, in this modern culture where some people freak out over nudity. x] Or for art such as Leda and The Swan, the comments that poor piece must have heard, aha. FOR the comic itself however, I love all this sweet loveliness. But now I'm suspicious for what's going to go wrong. =-= Haha, still, looking forward to the next update!

Loved those pages in the zine! The little pinky touch! The placement of David's hand in that kiss and how he's only almost touching Goliath's back! Also generally loving the clear curves to your character's physique, and how even though they're drawn in your style, it's still obvious that they're a different sort of medium. <3
