Doodle Days - (NSFW) Old Gods (Patreon)

I didn't want to do nagas again so soon so I spent longer than I should have trying to research mythological part-human beasts in India for Esh and there are mainly nagas, so I twisted it a little~ Esh is a minor Hindu deity and Jonah is an elder god, of course :))) There is some hard kink in this, plz don't click if you are soft and nice :(((

Getting a little real here: I think a lot of you know or have guessed, I don't have a huge amount of respect for organized religion in general. I DO respect people who genuinely believe in their faith, and I respect the historical and cultural value of religious mythologies, and so I don't ever intend genuine offense when I do these kinds of artworks referencing religion. But I also recognize how they could be genuinely offensive and upsetting to people who belong to these religions. I try not to go too hard on religious iconography but I know that I can slip up even when trying to tread carefully, particularly if it's areas that I don't fully understand. I feel pretty comfortable pulling inspiration from the bible and catholicism because that's what I was raised in, but I don't have the same relationship with Hinduism. If you ever have a problem when I draw something like this, please let me know; my ears are open :)
