I likely won't get this one finished for October, but the next Phandelver Map(s) that I'm going to be creating are my interpretation of the ruined Tresdendar Manor, as well as a variant of a refurbished/restored Tresendar Manor that can be used for time-travel shenanigans, prequel homebrews or post-LMoP Adventures where your players may want to occupy and restore the building once they've cleared it out.

I will also likely release my version of the Redbrand Hideout beneath Tresendar Manor along with both of these other maps.

Comments, suggestions or ideas welcome!

My players are just hiring stonemasons to rebuild Tresendar Manor, so this couldn't be better timed! Look forward to seeing them!

Hywel -- if you have any specific features of the completed estate that you'd like to see included, let me know!

Progress on the renovated version of Tresendar Manor has been added to this post. I'm planning on doing the renovated manor first, then deconstructing that for the destroyed manor.

Andrea M Chandler

I was just wondering when this pack is going to be posted.

Hey Andrea! Thanks for bringing this up! I thought I'd posted this to the Master Map List, but I had not. It released in the beginning of November, but I will get the links for the rewards up on the Master Map List shortly! =)

I love your work but I think there's a scaling problem IMHO. Based on Mike Schley's Phandalin map the manor is roughly 55ft long per 40ft large.

These maps are certainly interpretations of the Mike Schley's maps. For the manor, I decided to base its size on the Redbrand Hideout, roughly matching the x/y dimensions of the foundation/base upon which the manor sits. It makes for a larger Tresendar Manor, but also provides some more space/area to move, explore and use (if you decide to use the space in the campaign itself). So, while it may not be 100% true to scale pertaining to the map, I still feel it won't feel out of place in relation to its downstairs equivalent (which is true to scale from the original map). That was the direction I took for it.
