I'm happy to release the next map in the Shattered Obelisk series, the Underdark crossroads of Gibbet Crossing. I've included a concept image from Midjourney, to help set the mood.

Gibbet Crossing used to be a crossroads between duergar, drow and svirfneblin (deep gnomes), where an uneasy peace fostered trade relations and the forging of specialized cages sold to all manner of hunter elsewhere.

The location was assaulted by mind flayers many years ago and now stands forlorn and abandoned, occupied mostly by creatures that have made the shell of this once bustling marketplace their nests and homes.

If you aren't running the Shattered Obelisk module, this would still be a great Underdark location for your homebrew campaigns, containing perhaps some knowledge or an old artifact the party needs in order to progress in a quest.

This map is intended to be played on a 70 x 95 grid for both Gridded and Ungridded versions, and I've included [2] Tiles, which can be placed over the original map. One for a tower that can be magically reduced in size to allow the party entry to a blocked tunnel, and the second to represent the Vault after the PC's have go through it faster than a Twister through an Oklahoma trailer park.
