Monthly? Patreon Render Roulette of FUN!!! - warning, fetish related (Patreon)

So, I realized its been too long since ive done a patreon inspired thing. And now we are going to change that. Lets do this. I have the ability to make it happen, and you the viewer want to see it, so whats stopping us?! lol ;)
