Always use simpler prompts. It really helps with the quality if you describe just one of the same thing like 'boobs' and 'breasts'. Just use one of them. You may describe it either, small boobs, saggy boobs, big boobs, but only add another prompt afterwards like 'perky nipples' and so on.
