Pat returns to her home and goes to Hal's room to reflect on her loss... Just to find him sleeping with Sophie.

They proceed to talk and figure out what happened or why Sophie was able to return to normal

For the record, in their world, "Love/Friendship" is not a type of magic (At beast is there healing, but so far the studies there have shown, there is no relation there)
