The demo is mailed out as soon as payments are processed, yep! The payments start processing tomorrow morning, and it usually takes 3-4 days for them to all get processed.

Wishful thinking here because I know for a fact that most of their apps suck and are developed by inferior programmers and artists, but there won't be a version for Windows Phone

I don't think the payments have been processed yet so if you pledge now you now you should be able to get what you want.

Really looking forward to the updates, though I think I was a bit late updating my monthly patronage. I upgraded my payment to $10 on the 28th and i received an email today saying that I got charged only $5. does this mean I'll have to wait till April to get the upgraded perks?
