Progress Update (Patreon)

Patreon and Public releases are around the corner, estimated to be around Jan 21st. The new Patreon version will have:

• 3 new animation
• 3 new enemies
• Bonding events for a species
• UI/UX improvement

In terms of game development, we will prioritize on UI/UX improvement and bugs fixing this month, then the skillsets in Instinct, and finally new features. More details below.

UI/UX improvement:

• Rewrite 5th skill goal as it is still unclear
• Endings' requirement mouseover
• Redesign knowledge logo
• Swap Battle/Traits pages for mouseover
• Add melee/range attributes onto battle mouseover UI
• Introduce the EYE feature
• Simple graph for bonding mechanism
• Add skip to after instinct button
• Swap Diary and Encyclopedia positions
• Transition animation
• Improve encyclopedia with added habitats, day/night, weather, mammal/ovi, symbiotic,season
• Hard to see where each species are - show species on a map 

Improvement for the Battle

• Earn heart animation
• Melee damage, range damage and miss animation
• Heart feeding sound effect
• Change heart icon to star on the cards when effect is activated

Skillsets:

• Finish Intelligence
• Feed 
• Play
• Pet

New features:

• After sex graphics mechanism
• Calculate skillsets' results with bonus traits
• Train(Hunt) - add Lake habitat
• Add moods
• Add weathers(hot, sunny, cloudy, rainy, snow, fog)
• Add day/night
• Add seasons
• Assign species' benefits
• Finish items UI
• Turn events feedback system
• Change skin resources to slave
• Directional missions

Special thanks to Asmodian, as his input has given me great progress on designing the moods system.
