Do u only get special items by successfully invading lands? Cuz I only get urchins and now can't unlock bonding via instinct cuz everything is conquered

or bonding doesn't seem to be unlockable or something

You get special items by using Train(hunt). Need to assign a monster that matches the habitat you think are a match for the territory. You will need two different special items to unlock Bonding(Mate).
