* Changed the UI to appear on the right instead of below, and fixed some bugs in Grid Map 

* Added Circle, Cone, and Cube targeting option to attack macros in Grid Map to automate AoE effects

* Added second On-Hit property for attack macros in Grid Map, allowing you to use one or the other or both when you attack

* Changed map ping to ctrl+click in Grid Map and fixed the ping sometimes not appearing

* Made entries of new spell list clickable in Character Sheet to bring up spell reference
