Character Sheet Spells Update (Patreon)

* Added a full spell database to Character Sheets, making it easy to search and filter appropriate spells to add to your character's repertoire. Spells are now separated by level and by default filter to your class, so you can search and click to keep your spell list up to date. You can also filter by sourcebook and use commas to combine filters.

* Added secret door descriptions to the Dungeon Module Generator 

* Various misc fixes that I've forgotten about, because I'm bad at keeping notes (unlike my players).
