First i saw the title „forest“ and i thought „oh no. Not again forest maps.“ i have so many of them on may hard drive. Then i saw your trailer and your special arrangement of this theme and i‘m absolutely amazed. So many storytelling features. Many ideas. Great creativity. I love it and i will replace my old forest maps with your artwork!

Epic Quest

Hi Markus, thank you for your kind words. I’m really happy that you like the new multi-map pack. Stay tuned for the winter version soon. I’m glad that I can give you tools to create your own world and stories. Thank you for your trust and support.

Same as Markus, seeing "forest" I said to myself "arf more forests ..." but I must admit on the one hand the volume of maps is impressive and varied, there are superb surprises like the animated tree or the waterfall, the mill, etc. real nuggets. It is always a monstrous and impressive job, thank you a thousand times !! I dream that you make an identical labyrinth but of streets (not like the last streets of which I'm not a fan, I found it too dull and static but it's still useful), air bridges, squares with fountain a little on the model of Ravnica (world of D&D and Magis the Gathering): https://wall.alphacoders.com/big.php?i=587802 or a labyrinth of laboratories or passageways with electricity, catheters, cages, d 'strange fluorescent vats and basins that can be seen in steampunk artwork and decorations: https://www.wallpaperflare.com/artwork-fantasy-art-steampunk-room-laboratories-wallpaper-gjied or https: // www .pinterest.fr / pin / 480337116485301287 / it is highly sought after. Thank you again for all your work, it's very creative, pretty, thoughtful and it's impressive in quality. Ah if the destroyed cities, in ruins: https://www.pinterest.fr/pin/354799276888774811/ and the underground cities or demonic temples are also very sought after (with cages, dead bodies, a red atmosphere, fire, screams, blood, etc. in short you understand ^^): https://www.reddit.com/r/magicTCG/comments/9gta39/rna_art_preview_blood_crypt_presumably/

You make maps a DM can truly build a story around. Not just part of a stable, or part of an outdoor scene. You build grand scope maps to be used together. It's fantastic. As with the castle Ravenloft is challenge you to build an indie building, manor, castle, etc. Something to be used and explored. "The Fortress" is an amazing outdoor map but finding time to build something just as grabs but indoor? That would be stunning. Keep up the great work. You're the best on Patreon. Love how you create.

Amazing work. I have been a bit behind and just catching up, but I love all your output and the interconnected maps are wonderful. Another satisfied customer!

Epic Quest

Hey Mog! Thank you for your message, I’m glad you like “The Forest” map-pack. I appreciate your useful feedback and ideas very much. Thanks for the links too, I saved those really cool pictures for reference. I will be doing a more "labyrinthine streets and alleys" map-packs, I know we need that in our arsenal :) I love steampunk too, that’s something I would like to explore. I hope other members of this community let me know about how they feel about this approach for future uploads. I totally get what you say... Destroyed cities, in ruins, underground cities, demonic temples (with cages, dead bodies and red atmosphere, fire, screams and blood) yep, I understand. I am a fan of chaos and madness for my campaigns too XD. They all are great ideas, and I’ll be doing that for sure. Well, I’d better get to work. You are giving me ideas and inspiration for the rest of the year LOL. As a Dungeon Master for many years, I’ve developed a style for my campaigns and stories that gives me an idea of what I, and other DMs, could need to make their stories and worlds feel more palpable. Also as a content creator, I am really happy to know what would you like to see in future maps and scenarios. Just keep letting me know what you have in mind for your campaigns, and I promise you I’ll do my best to make that posible. Thank you Mog, I thank YOU a thousand times.

Epic Quest

Hi JC! I’m really happy to hear that you like my work. It’s very important to me to know if I am in the right track. I know that it is impossible to achieve all your requests in a short time, but I like challenges, and when I tell you that I like your ideas, I mean it with all sincerity. I love Castle Ravenloft and I think it would be awesome to do that. It would be a gigantic project but... go big or go home, right? Let me analyze it, please bear with me, and together we can create great scenarios for our epic adventures. Thank you JC, for your suggestions and your kind words.

Epic Quest

Hey James! How are you? Thank you for all the feedback and suggestions you give me here, and via direct message. You are one of my first patrons, and you have been one of my pillars of support. I truly appreciate to have you aboard. Cheers!

Epic Quest

I want to thank all of you for your trust and support. I love doing maps and content but, this project becomes really special because I can share it with you guys. Because of your interaction, brainstorms and ideas this goes from being my project to being our project, and I am very grateful for that. You guys rock!

Todd Sullivan

Just incredible. I'm starting a new campaign for my group in Sept and "The Forest" is perfect! I love that you have a photo of the entire area with all the map placements. I love that you labeled the maps in the download, it makes it so much easier. Thanks again....now I have to populate the forest and the maps. All the best Todd https://www.facebook.com/soggplayers

Aron Stauffer

Dude, you are awesome.

Epic Quest

Hi Todd, I’m glad that you like the “The Forest” multi-map pack. Go-ahead, populate that forest with some vicious goblins, make some orcs surround their camp, surprise them with a few skeletons at night, let them see a green dragon flying far away, ...have fun with your new campaign, and keep it epic. :) Thank you for your comment.

David Ford

You should release the treant as a seperate asset, its really cool but i cant imagine using that map with it looping constantly

Epic Quest

Hi David! There is a version of that map without the Treant included. Please Let me know if that helps. Thank you for your comment and welcome to Epic quest.

David Ford

Thanks for your reply :) that is helpful but I was more wanting to use the treant as a monster token. That becomes awkward if it cant move and is constantky attacking. Foundry vtt allows animated tokens as webp files

Epic Quest

I understand, let me see what I can do and I’ll let you know via DM. Thanks for the suggestion David.
