Don’t forget the chili and baked potatoes on Wendy’s value menu - a few baked potatoes and chilis and that’s a good bloat - plus fiber from the beans - add a few value side salads to get even more veggies in your feedings - Eat Big or Go Home ;))

I like a smattering if items - 2-3 baked potatoes, 2 lg chili, 10pc nugget, double cheese burger, full salad with chicken and 2 large Frosty -Buurp!
