On Thanksgiving it’s not uncommon to think about eating until you can barely move, but in the quest for long term gaining, is it the best move?

I’ve had my share of huge pig out meals or whole day food crawls and they are great. That belly taking on more and more until you physically feel your belly affect how you balance, gotta walk a little slower, shirt riding up and becoming more swollen with each forkful.

But I also find that after one of these huge days I’m a little less inclined to eat huge the next day, more trips to the bathroom to get it all out - it’s not another day of big eating usually. And I think your body also is pushing through so much that, you may not get all the calories pulled out.

I find it’s better to eat more frequent meals. Every 3 hours - and you have to plan. Gaining isn’t about eating when you’re hungry, it’s about supplying your body with a constant flow of calories. Once you’ve consumed an excess of what you can use for your body’s maintenance, then you’re storing fat.

And these “meals” don’t have to be sit down big meals - they can be mini meals you’ve prepared and brought to work or just have ready. There are lots of options that are calorie dense without having to just eat high sugar and high fat options: dried fruits and nuts, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice bowls, sandwhiches, granola bars - lots of options but you need to plan a bit so you are not falling back on fast food or missing a meal.

So while it’s fun to really pack it away, make sure you have a consistent plan and are trying to grab food as often as you can. Growing bigger isn’t easy, but it’s easier with a game plan

The trouble for me is when I see a fat man with a huge belly, moobs and fat, v-shaped ass and huge thick thighs and have to restrain from staring at him and feeling emotionally and physically aroused. I had this embarrassing situation twice last year when visiting the London Transport Museum and a Thames Valley town when the object of my admiration was a huge fat man with all the attributes that turn me on accompanied by a woman and a child in a buggy. If I had a partner with all the assets that I have listed and was travelling with him on public transport or accompanying him as he waddled down the street, it would be hard not to look too closely at him or give his belly a rub from time to time. Such attention to detail might attract the wrong kind of attention because people object to gays showing their feelings in public. My partner might also object if he was not the touch and feel kind of man. I have these fears and would love to find a partner who could guide me and help me to get as fat as he would like but not as fat as he is. Nobody could object to a man observing his own body in public as he waddled down the street accompanied by another fatter man who was, in fact, his partner. I remember way back in my younger days watching a man staring at his growing belly as he supped bloody great pints of beer. His belly was really mountainous and swollen at closing time. He looked very sexy and erotic with his huge pot belly only just tucked into his pants. He must have had the pleasure of going shopping for a new pair of pants, the next day and observing the huge space needed in his new pair to accommodate his new girth. My hero, Demis Roussos had to go and buy a kaftan after binging on a hot night in Paris. It must have helped him to sing counter tenor being so hugely fat that he could not put his legs together.
