After all those years of training and staying on a cut diet, he took time off and finally gave in to his love of rich, carb-heavy foods. He had forgotten how good it feels to enjoy eating, having anything he wanted until he had a full stomach.

As he indulged and started to thicken, his abs became buried in layers of soft, warm blubber and his muscled pecs became round, fat and swollen. As his belly expanded from the constant binges and late night feedings, it became a favorite pastime to rub and heft his new growth.
