Sorry that the Sand Snake disappointed you, but the Red Woman is the only one with a magical vagina. I guess Arya's ability to be a good liar is very important now because in order for her to become 'no one' she has to be able to convince people that she's anyone. I'm not a philosopher, but I think you know what I mean.

The way the high sparrow is treating loras is no different than how Christians, Jews, and Muslims want to treat gay people. Also it’s really offensive for Olyenna to defend Loras by comparing homosexuality to murder, theft, and rape. “You’re not going after them? So why go after Loras?” So if the sparrows were going after murderers and rapists then it’s ok to round up gay people too? Mind you this ENTIRE plot line only exists in the show. They intentionally reduced their only gay male character to be persecuted for being gay. It’s bad writing. It’s indefensible. In the book Loras teaches Tommen how to fight and ride a horse. He leads a campaign to retake Dragonstone from Stannis’s men. He actually does stuff. But the show shows none of it.

I just realized the reason she was stripping off her clothes. She was trying to get Bronn excited, get his heart racing so that the poison would circulate faster. Ironically, Bronn had been singing a song about a guy who was content to die after being with a Dornish woman.

Once again, someone from Dorne poisons someone during a fight; this time Bronn almost died. Oberyn's poison laced weapon would have killed The Mountain after their fight, but he was saved with an antidote from Maester Pycelle.

The writers of the show absolutely were comparing them. They did the same thing in season 3 with that line from Jaime “You can’t choose who you love.” That time they compared homosexuality to incest. It’s offensive and disrespectful.

also the “every time a targaryen is born the gods flip a coin” quote isn’t entirely accurate. maybe 20/100 targs were mad by liberal estimates.
