MI is the series where each film is better than the previous one. With one head kick of an exception in the sophomore year. MI -1 smart spy thriller MI 2 dumb action movie but fun Mi 3 serious thriller with personal stakes MI 4 beginning of a new type of MI with comedy and real action Mi 5. Very similar to mi 4 except no misplaced comedy MI 6 a non stop rollercoaster (well actually it’s a little over 2 hours so not ‘non stop’) a continuation of MI5, the biggest sequel there is, also has amazing action that was infamous for the action/stunt work done by Tom himself in his mid 50s. So many amazing stunts in MI6 it’s hard to keep track, keeping count is like running on a broken ankle……but still great story, characters and villains.

No, the second part of "Mission Impossible" is the worst of the series in my opinion! But don't give up! The parts (especially the action) just keep getting better! The sixth (you can already look forward to it) is the best!

This was fun, I really enjoyed watching this one with you as I hadn't seen it in a while. This is a great franchise, I think you'll really like it, though M:I 2 is pretty bad ... there's a good reason it took 6 years for a 3rd one to get made. But from 3 onward, it just gets better. Looking forward to your reactions!
