loved when you got the motive right but when it came to Sid’s aunt! haha also think Jill was the best reveal in the whole franchise cause I never guessed it was her but it made sense after the reveal, tbh this and first one are tied for me as my fav

New patron here. I joined because your horror reactions on YouTube were really good. You know just enough about the genre to get the references and bring up points we can relate to, but not so much that you've already seen all the good ones and can't react authentically. So glad to see how much you love the Scream franchise! Sidney is really the best final girl across all of slasher history IMO. "Don't fuck with the original" indeed! Think she has survived 16 separate attacks across 4 movies, almost all on her own without outside help: (1) "big breasted girl running up the stairs when she should be going out the front door", (2) school bathroom attack, (3) the chase after Billy's fake death, (4) the chase after Kenny's death, including the hatchback car scene, (5) Billy and Stu reveal, (6) sorority house chase where Derek nearly gets stabbed through the door, (7) trapped in the crashed cop car, (8) Mickey and Mrs Loomis reveal, (9) attack on the set of the Prescott House, (10) outsmarting Ghostface with the two guns aka "it's your turn to scream asshole", (11) showdown with Roman, (12) knocking Ghostface on his ass at Olivia's house, (13) attack on the Roberts house with Kate, (14) the rooftop chase at Kirby's house, (15) Jill and Charlie reveal, (16) hospital showdown with Jill Given the movie's somewhat anti-remake stance, Jill was the perfect killer to have because, on the surface, she represented the boring, watered down version of the original (Sidney) that remakes sometimes are, and she turned out completely rotten and only doing it for the limelight. The scene where she asks Sidney how she deals with all the attention really takes on a new light if you re-watch it knowing what her motive is.
