Quick update + Patreon stays on pause this month (Patreon)

Hi everyone!
I'm still quite overwhelmed with everything I'm doing and everything I want to do, and so I don't feel ready to resume writing the Weekly Recaps just yet. But I still wanted to let you in on what I'm up to at the moment!
First off, last week I released Dungeons! It's a collaborative aesthetics toy, where anyone can pick a room on a shared map, and build a dungeon room, using a tiny tile editor and a tiny room editor! You can also browse the rooms built by other people and you can even sopy their tilesheet to use in your own rooms!
I'm quite happy with how it turned out, even though it was a lot of UI work, which wasn't so much fun to work on, especially towards the end.
At the moment, me and Eliott are preparing an update to our game Jardins du Standoff, which is a competitive top-down dandy shooter we made 7 months ago. We intend to add a new game mode, new maps, some new UI logic, new weapons, and just new stuff in general!
Because the game was originally built 7 months ago, there's quite a bit of code which we felt could use some reworking, so currently we are mostly refactoring huge parts of the game, in order to make it easier to do our update like we want.
It's hard to say when we will be done with this update, but I'm hopeful that we'll get some solid progress on it this week and that we might have something ready for next week.
Parallel to that, I have another game project that only exists on paper for now and which I'm excited about! I don't want to say too much just now but here are some key elements: it will be a dogfighting game (i.e. a shooty game with planes, no actual dogs), it will relate to current events in France and elsewhere in the world, it will be Very Juicy, and it will probably be my darkest game yet, which I think shall be interesting!
I'm very excited for this one! I'm not completely sure yet how, when, where this game will happen just yet, but I don't think it'll be too massive. A matter of weeks. Maybe a release on both Itch and Castle. Maybe a physical release eventually?? Who knows, the future is made up of so many possibilities!
In the meantime, because I have so much going on, the Patreon stays on pause this month, meaning you won't be charged this month for your pledge. I'm hopeful that I may be able to produce some content for you next month though, so stay tuned for that!
Have a wonderful remaining of October!
