A new video has been added to your February Dropbox folder titled "Workout Bodysuit". 

Back to those baby weights! But there's still some resistance with my body weight...that counts for something, right? I tried to alternate between upper body moves and lower body. It's not a typical "gym workout" but it's effective for home if you have 25 minutes :)
