I meant to post this on Saturday, but thought it would be better to wait for the language to be done so I didn't have to change the words after the fact.

Thorn is going to start learning more magic. Both options will be reflected in the way he engages in combat. Here are the two options that he is considering.

The first, Aluer (Armor) will take him in the direction of a tank. This will focus on improving his armor and making him harder to wound but not as killy.

The second, Ved (Strength), will take him down the path of a melee DPS, focusing on increasing his already silly strength and making him more dangerous, but easier to wound.

He already has so much strength so making his armour better will make him even more op

I like impregnable Thorn to make him even more OP, but at the same time glass cannon sounds fun as well.

I mean he already has borradis, or the new version, to act as a new barrier/armor tool. He should go strength to let him physically take on a dragon better :)

Beef vote! I'm loving seeing Thorn use these runes to boost his allies, and I want to see what the essence of strength does for them.

Strength may not just refer to his muscles, but also how physically durable his creations are. Also, the most famous Titan, Atlas, was was renowned for holding up the heavens. Strength is kind of the Titan thing.

Thorn is already overpowered. His abilities make him nearly invincible, why not make him stronger?

John Findlay

Blah, why not both really. He can only hold what 20 non earth related ruins a present, so why hold Back the earth runes?

I feel like Aleur would make more sense with story progression since he’s about to be dealing with Rakkam and the Dwarves!

I think strength would make more sense if he was playing alone, but his character seems to be growing as a team player in a tanking role, so I think defense makes more sense.

I think what your saying is making the most sens to me hope Seth will consider it

More dangerous but easier to wound sounds fun since Thorn already has vast health and Akira is always available to heal
