All I take from this is how fat I look. Seriously got depressed like a woman seeing pics of herself at her friend's wedding. That and the alcoholism and abuse of medication. Hard to pull any positives out of this. However, think of this as the 'before'. I've done a month off the naughty water and starting to think about soon beginning to start to get serious about working out imminently very soon. As I type this I'm wearing matching pink headband and sweatbands that say 'Get It Girl' and 'You Got This', and nothing else.
