I’ve spent the week riding miniature steam trains with a puppy. It’s the only way I can relax these days. I had planned to record a podcast whilst away but Coen (wisely) didn’t want to go to Peppa Pig World so my solo day became a Father/Son day. Anyway, I’ll record and post tomorrow. Nico next week. Maybe Noel after that. I’ll get the Secret Cave videos off Hazey too.

I feel refreshed and have been caffeine, alcohol and ADHD med free for 2 weeks. Caffeine is way harder to give up than alcohol- fact. I have had two-hour afternoon naps most days, in between miniature steam-train rides with the pooch. Rock n’ Roll is not dead!
