Lugia won the last R34 poll, so here's it, with a small delay (super sorry, it's been a bit tough to get on the art groove these last few days >< )

Thought I could try some PoV kind of this for this one, cuz lugia's a handsome fella, and it fits him with that sort of innocent dommy-esque attitude <3

Also there seems to be a photo mode in SuMo, couldn't help but to add a lil' UI of it, heheheheh~ Paparazzi get a surprise <3
